![]() The order sequence number can be found in the exported CSV file under the column labeled note. Enter your date range and email address to receive the CSV, and click Create export.Click Create export and select the Charges - Queued CSV from the drop-down. ![]() In the merchant portal, select Exports.The order sequence number will also populate into one of the columns in your queued orders export in Recharge. ![]() You can also export a copy of your orders in Shopify and view the order sequence number in the Notes column. When the order is created in Shopify, the order number will populate in the Note section within the Order details. In order to compare a dissection with data from a less advanced analyzer that can not handle relative sequence numbers it might be required to temporarily disable this feature in Wireshark. Once the feature is enabled on your Recharge account, the order number populates in several different areas within both Shopify and Recharge. Using relative sequence numbers is a usability enhancement, making the numbers easier to read and compare. If you prefer to not have the order count added, update the text and remove the variable.
